Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service. • Gel polish is guaranteed for 5 days and 7 days for dip powder and enhancements service after your appointment. If you notice chipping or lifting within this time, please call us to schedule a free repair with the original color of service. • You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 5 days of your initial service. • Repairs after guaranteed time for breakages, tears, and corner breaks will be charged. • Traditional/regular polish services are bold("not") guaranteed. • We are not responsible for any infected nails. bold("Our tools and equipment are thoroughly disinfected and will be presented for your inspection.") bold("REFUND") • No cash, credit, or debit refunds will be given after your service is completed. • As soon as you have walked out of the nail salon doors, you have accepted and are satisfied with the service we have provided to you. • If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it bold("before") you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coating that have been applied. • We will redo any services at no cost to you provided that you tell us immediately after we have performed the service that you are unhappy with the quality of the work. • No refund will be given because you have simply changed your mind. bold("APPOINTMENT") • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This will ensure that you have the full time for your scheduled treatment. Keep in mind that if you should arrive late, we will need to complete the service at the original schedule time and price in consideration of our next guest. If you have to cancel your appointment, we require a 24 hour notice. • Depending on the technician’s schedule and how late you will be, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to service you right away if we are not given any notice. Wait time will be given upon arrival. • Please include additional services (nail design, nail soak off…) when you schedule an appointment. You are liable for any damage caused by your children in the salon.
